Aroma a fumo e tosta ligeiramente queimada, proporcionado pelos 10 meses de estágio em barricas de carvalho francês. No entanto, a sua juventude revela a forte presença de notas de ameixa preta e frutos vermelhos maduros. Encorpado na boca, termina longo, suave e persistente.
