Tasting note
Light reddish pink in colour. Delicate aromas of pomegranate and spring flowers. Spicy notes, marked by white pepper. In the mouth, the acidity is balanced and there is a touch of fine tannins, typical of the grape variety and the fermentation and ageing in wood, which make it very gastronomic.
