Tonico White 2021

- Visually, it presents itself as a bright, light golden straw yellow. The aroma is challenging! You discover it slowly, but it shows enormous complexity from the start. The earthy impact of the clay amphora blends with notes of ripe fruit, orange marmalade, and pear. Rich and intense. Time in the glass renews the earthy notes and enhances the complexity. The palate is intense and multi-textured. It has an obvious unctuousness that is counterbalanced by the firmness of elegant, yet present, tannins. The acidity is lively and surprisingly savory, bringing it enormous balance and length. It finishes long and very complex.
