Tasting note
Visually, it is an open ruby red with evident violet notes. The aroma is complex and has good intensity. Earthy notes and a slight smoky note dominate, well integrated with red fruit – crushed strawberry, plum. Then herbal nuances emerge – thyme, with a slight aroma of cherry jam. The palate is lively, impressive for its juicy freshness. Medium-bodied, this is a wine with great amplitude. The tannins are smooth and crispy in texture, with a long and very complex finish.
