Tasting note
- Intense ruby color with slightly brick-red contours. A distinctly balsamic aroma highlighting notes of peppermint and eucalyptus, a light sweet spice, stewed cherry, and dried blueberry. On the palate, consistent with the balsamic notes on the nose, dense, fresh with a very long finish and tannins of great finesse and complexity. A wine of unprecedented refinement acquired through aging. A wine with the essence of terroir.
