Tasting note

It has a ripe aroma of tropical fruit, noticeably papaya and pineapple, green apple, yellow peach, among other white-fleshed fruits. On the palate it is balanced and pleasantly bitter, its acidity is enveloping, and the finish is rich and enjoyable; its retronasal lingering sensation is medium but very pleasant.
