Tasting note
A unique Tawny Port of great age with the characteristic olive ochre colour of the oldest Ports aged in cask. The nose is incredibly powerful and dense, unabashedly dominated by an omnipresent aroma of fine oak. Here, the typical aromas of cask ageing abound: spicy scents of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and liquorice, warm aromas of roasted coffee and an intense nutty flavour reminiscent of walnuts and hazelnuts.
