Purple in colour. Very fruity and complex, with a fine aroma of ripe black fruits, jam and jelly standing out. Round and velvety, full-bodied, warm, with very ripe fruit such as blackberries and blackcurrants; the polished and velvety tannins provide a good length and finish.
