Tasting note
Bright golden colour of great intensity. Very complex aroma, highlighting notes of dried fruits, such as hazelnut and almond, combined with aromas of dried peach and plum, as well as suggestions of candied fruit. It also presents elegant toasted notes resulting from prolonged ageing in old wooden casks. Very elegant, with an excellent balance between its vibrant acidity and natural sweetness. It reveals flavours ranging from honey to candied fruit, with very evident notes of toasted dried fruits. Its freshness remains present throughout the tasting, finishing with a velvety and persistent finish.
