Tasting note
The wine is spontaneously fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to ensure that nothing is present except the character of the fruit. The wine is aromatically infused with fresh notes of the Sintra forest and black pepper. The tannins are smooth and the flavors are of wild red berries with hints of the nearby ocean.
