Tasting note
A very unique Rum whose genesis resulted from the selection of the best sugar cane that the island of Madeira has to offer, and whose juice was subjected to a special prolonged fermentation process. With all the necessary characteristics gathered, the sugar cane juice was distilled and subsequently aged in our French oak barrels.
