William Hinton Smoked Rum

A clear and brilliant rum with an attractive golden color and yellow reflections. Pungent on the nose, it reveals youth, irreverence, and a smoky note. Intense and aromatic, this agricultural rum, aged for 3 years in oak casks, is marked by caramelized notes, smoky wood, and spices (such as black pepper and cloves), joined by notes of whisky. A green vegetal trace and citrus freshness enhance the aromatic complexity. Soft and moderately full-bodied on the palate with a persistent note of toasted caramel. On the palate, it reveals notes of vanilla, black pepper, nuts, wood, and smoky notes. It finishes slightly dry and warm with persistent smoky notes.
